- 4 large potatoes
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- salt and pepper
- seasoned salt (if preferred)
Directions

1Wash potatoes, dry and prick with a fork.

2Bake at 425° for 50 to 60 minutes, until soft.

3Cool potatoes slightly; cut into quarters (wedge-shaped) and scrape out almost all pulp.

4Place, skin side down, on baking sheet.

5Brush with melted butter.

6Salt and pepper to taste.

7Return to oven and bake 10 minutes longer or until crispy.

8Makes 16 wedges.
