  • 1 c. dates, pitted and chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix the flour with nuts and dates.

    Cream the sugar, butter and eggs together.

    Pour into a greased 8 x 8-inch pan.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour (check in 45 minutes).
