soak chicken overnight in all the ingredients. The next day start grill-when ready-----put chicken on oiled grill------for the 1st 30 mins of grilling baste with the liquid-so it dosnt dry out. After chicken is done about another 15 mins------take the szechuan sauce and add to a bowl-mix in the 2tsps. bourbon. Fisnihs cooking about another 6 mins or until test done. Yummmy flavor without the effects!!
