- 2 1/4 c. sugar
- 7 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla or lemon extract
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar together.

2Add eggs (unbeaten), one at a time.

3Add flour all at once.

4Beat well.

5Add pure vanilla or lemon extract.

6Pour batter into greased Bundt pan.

7Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until done.

8Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
