  • 2 1/4 c. sugar
  • 7 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla or lemon extract

    Cream butter and sugar together.

    Add eggs (unbeaten), one at a time.

    Add flour all at once.

    Beat well.

    Pour batter into greased Bundt pan.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until done.
