  • 1 box cake mix
  • 1 small pkg. instant pudding mix
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. milk or 1 c. sour cream plus 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecans

Directions

    Put all ingredients except pecans in mixing bowl and beat at high speed.

    Pour half the batter into well-greased Bundt pan. Sprinkle pecans over and add rest of batter.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
