  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 eggs (beat in 1 at a time)
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Mix together first 6 ingredients and set aside.

    In separate bowl mix sugar, cinnamon and chopped nuts.

    Spread 1/2 cinnamon mixture in bottom of greased and floured pan.

    Add 1/2 batter.

    Add rest of cinnamon mixture, then add rest of batter.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
