  • 1 c. salad dressing or mayo
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 chicken breasts (1 lb.), skinned, boned and cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 3/4 c. crushed sesame crackers
  • 1/2 c. salsa

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    Mix together 1/2 cup mayo, milk and seasonings.

    Lightly dip chicken into mayo mixture.

    Coat well with crumbs.

    Place on a greased cookie sheet.

    Bake 18 to 20 minutes.

    Mix remaining mayo with salsa.
