Ingredients
- 2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans red salmon
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. grated onion
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 2 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- coarsely ground black pepper to taste
- 1 c. finely chopped pecans or walnuts
- fresh parsley
Directions

1Drain salmon; remove skin and bones.

2Flake salmon with a fork.

3Combine next 7 ingredients; mix well and gently stir in salmon.

4Spoon mixture into a well-oiled 5-cup mold.

5Chill several hours or overnight.

6Unmold on serving platter and gently pat chopped nuts over surface; garnish with parsley sprigs.

7Serve with assorted crackers.
