- 12 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 6 c. warm water
- 1 c. oil
- 3 tsp. salt
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
Directions

1Mix together yeast, 1 cup warm water and 1 tablespoon sugar. Let stand for 5 minutes.

2Add yeast mixture to other ingredients. Add more flour until mixture is dough consistency.

3Let rise for 3 hours (beating down every 1/2 hour).

4Break into buns (roll), let rise until desired size.

5Bake at 350° for 15 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
