- 1 can mushhoom soup
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburg
- 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/3 c. water
- green pepper
Directions

1Combine 1/4 cup soup with remaining ingredients except water. Mix. Shape into patties; place in shallow baking dish (12 x 8 x 2-inch).

2Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

3Combine remaining soup with water and pour over meat.

4Bake 10 minutes more.

5Makes about 12 medium burgers.

6Any leftover can be frozen for later.
