  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, minced
  • 4 tsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 3 cups tomatoes, julienned
  • 2 cups red bell peppers, julienned
  • 4 each jalapeno peppers, roasted, cleaned, julienned
  • 2 each avocados, sliced
  • Burger Assembly
  • 48 slices pepper Jack cheese slices (0.5 oz)
  • 24 each hamburger buns
  • 24 each Boston lettuce leaves

    Pepper Topping: Mix first 6 ingredients in bowl.
