  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 6 flour tortillas, warmed
  • 12 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 2 plum tomatoes, diced
  • 12 cup salsa
  • 12 cup low-fat sour cream

Directions
