Burgers Made Easy!

  • 1 lb hamburger meat
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 12 cup jalapeno, diced for extra spice
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

Directions

    mix all ingredients in a bowl.

    Form into burgers, I like to make really big but not too thick that way they cook nice, juicy and fast -- So roughly the size of your hand, but patted flat, about 1 to 2 inch thickness.

    Although, generally its good to just make the burgers relative to the size of the buns you have.

    Grill on Medium heat, roughly 5-10 mins on each side.

    try hard not to constantly flip and move the burgers.

    Just flip once!

    if your are not sure if they are done, you can tell by looking at the juices coming out, if its clear they are done!
