Burmese chicken curry

  • 500 grams chicken breasts
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 potato

    Chop the chicken as desired.

    Add chili powder, one finely chopped onion and turmeric to the chicken.

    Mix them well in a bowl and let them set for at least 10 mins.
