- 500 grams chicken breasts
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 potato
Directions

1Chop the chicken as desired.

2Add chili powder, one finely chopped onion and turmeric to the chicken.

3Mix them well in a bowl and let them set for at least 10 mins.

4During that time, chop the potato as desired and fry the remaining onion in a pan until golden.

5After that, add all the chicken mixture.

6Stir gently until chicken are sealed.

7Add 1/4 cup of water to the pan stirring when needed.

8Add potato.

9Add water and stir when needed until chicken is cooked.

10It is normal that there are not many curry paste and oily.

11If you desire more curry paste, add more onions.
