- 2 cans pinto beans
- 2 cans Castelberry's hot dog sauce (without onions)
- 1 lb. or more mild Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas (8 to 10 count)
- 2 cans chili (no beans)
Directions

1Place pinto beans in skillet; mash and cook slow on low to medium heat until smooth, but not sticky thick.

2Remove from heat. Place hot dog sauce in pan and warm.

3Shred cheese.

4Place 1 to 2 tablespoons pinto beans in the center of a tortilla.

5Add layer of hot dog sauce and top with cheese.

6Fold in half and roll up tightly.
