Burrito Surprise

Ingredients

  • 2 large pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (7 oz.) can diced olives
  • 1 (12 oz.) can chopped green chiles
  • 5 large flour tortillas
  • 1 small bunch green onions
  • McCormick seasoned salt to taste (blue lid)

Directions

    Soften cream cheese.

    Add all other ingredients, including juice from green chilies or a little jalapeno juice if you like it hot (I add this).

    Mix with fork.

    Place a little filling on a tortilla (burrito style) and roll up.

    Put enough on the tortilla so you can taste it.

    Chill well.

    Slice when ready to serve. Makes at least 5 burritos.

    Keeps refrigerated for a week.
