- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 lb. cheese, grated (Mozzarella/Cheddar)
- 1 (24 oz.) can enchilada sauce
- 1 (2 oz.) can diced green chilies
- 1 small onion, chopped
- salt or seasoning
- pepper
Directions

1Brown ground beef with green chilies and onion.

2Drain fat. Put 1 tablespoon ground beef and a pinch of cheese in each tortilla.

3Roll up and sit side by side in oblong baking pan. Pour sauce over shells.

4Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

5Remove from oven.

6Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and return to oven until cheese has melted.
