Burritos Enchilada Style

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 lb. cheese, grated (Mozzarella/Cheddar)
  • 1 (24 oz.) can enchilada sauce
  • 1 (2 oz.) can diced green chilies
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • salt or seasoning
  • pepper

Directions

    Brown ground beef with green chilies and onion.

    Drain fat. Put 1 tablespoon ground beef and a pinch of cheese in each tortilla.

    Roll up and sit side by side in oblong baking pan. Pour sauce over shells.

    Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

    Remove from oven.

    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and return to oven until cheese has melted.
