- 1/3 c. melted butter
- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
- 2 to 3 oz. peanuts
- 2 (12 oz.) cans evaporated milk
- 2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2/3 c. chocolate chips
Directions

1Crush cookies well.

2Mix with butter and press into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

3Spread ice cream (softened slightly) over crust.

4Sprinkle with peanuts.

5Freeze until firm.

6Combine evaporated milk and remaining ingredients in saucepan.

7Bring to a boil.

8Boil 8 minutes.

9Cool completely.

10Pour over ice cream and peanuts.

11Freeze.
