- 1 pkg. Oreo cookies
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 1/2 gal. softened vanilla ice cream
- 1 lb. salted Spanish peanuts, chopped
- 2/3 c. chocolate chips
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 small can evaporated milk
Directions

1Crush Oreos and mix with the melted margarine.

2Press into a 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Spread softened ice cream over crust and sprinkle with peanuts.

3Melt the other 1/2 cup margarine and add the chips, sugar and evaporated milk.

4Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Simmer 10 minutes.

5Cool and spread on top of peanuts. Freeze until firm. To serve, cut into bars.
