  • 4 c. canned pork and beans
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 peeled or 1 c. tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar

    Saute onions in butter.

    Add beans; stir in mustard.

    Put beans in casserole in layers with sliced tomatoes, salt and sugar.

    Bake 30 minutes in 400° oven.
