- 1 whole chicken (about 5 lb)
- 12 cup butter, soft
- 1 tablespoon seasoning salt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 12 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1 12 cups chicken broth
- 2 bay leaves
- 12 cup onion
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375. you can use a regular pan.

2Get everything ot of the chicken.

3The giblets, neck, liver etc.

4Wash off chicken with water.

5Mix together butter seasoning salt, garlic, pepper, paprika, and basil with a mixer till blended.

6Lift the skin gently but don't break it.

7lossen most of it that you can.

8put 1/2 the butter mix under the skin and rub inches and use the rest on the outside.

9put in pan and add broth.

10put onions and bay leaves in broth.

11Cover and cook 1 h 1/2 baste occasionally.

12uncover cook another 30-45 min until temp inside the thigh is 160.
