  • 1 whole chicken (about 5 lb)
  • 12 cup butter, soft
  • 1 tablespoon seasoning salt
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 1 12 cups chicken broth
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 12 cup onion

    Preheat oven to 375. you can use a regular pan.

    Get everything ot of the chicken.

    The giblets, neck, liver etc.

    Wash off chicken with water.

    Mix together butter seasoning salt, garlic, pepper, paprika, and basil with a mixer till blended.

    Lift the skin gently but don't break it.

    lossen most of it that you can.

    put 1/2 the butter mix under the skin and rub inches and use the rest on the outside.

    put in pan and add broth.

    put onions and bay leaves in broth.
