Ingredients

  • 2/3 cups Butter
  • 3/4 cups White Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Cocoa
  • 1 Tablespoon Water
  • 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 2 cups Oatmeal
  • Powdered (Icing) Sugar

Directions

    Cream together butter and sugar. Mix in cocoa, water, vanilla and oatmeal. Mix well. Form into balls. If desired, roll them in a small amount of powdered sugar. (Sometimes I just lightly dust them with a shaker.)

    To firm them up, place in the refrigerator. Otherwise, store in an airtight container.
