- 1/4 cups Olive Oil, Divided
- 1/2 Medium Onion, Finely Chopped
- 1/2 teaspoons Crushed Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
- 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
- 1 can (410g Size, 250g Drained) Butter Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 1/2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- Salt And Pepper
Directions

1Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a pan.

2Add onion, garlic, cumin and cayenne pepper.

3Cook, stirring, until the onion is soft.

4Add the beans and cook for 5 minutes.

5Allow the mixture to cool slightly before blending with remaining olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a food processor or blender until well combined.

6Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
