- 1 c. Italian dressing
- 1/2 c. sherry
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- lemon juice to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 (2 1/2 lb.) broilers, quartered
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except chicken in a deep bowl.

2Add quartered chicken pieces and marinate in refrigerator for at least 12 hours, turning occasionally.

3Remove chicken from marinade and place on grill over low coals.

4Cook until tender, turning and basting with marinade.
