- 3 eggs, separated
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 1 tsp. vanilla or 2 Tbsp. rum or brandy
- 1 1/2 c. milk or half and half or evaporated milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. crushed walnuts or pecans
Directions

1Beat egg whites until stiff.

2Fold in other ingredients.

3Turn into baking dish.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until firm. Cool.
