  • 1 small garlic cloves chopped
  • 1/2 cup yogurt, non-fat plain
  • 1/4 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra-virgin
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary leaves chopped fresh, or 1/4 teaspoon dried
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Freshly ground to taste
