- 2 12 cups Bisquick
- 23 cup milk
- 12 cup unsalted butter (1 stick of butter)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

2Pour Bisquick into a large bowl.

3While still firm cut 1/4 cup (or half a stick) of butter, and set aside the remainder of stick, this will be melted later to top the biscuits.

4Cut 1/4 cup of butter in small pieces and mix into Bisquick until coated.

5Add milk and mix until dough is formed.

6Dust surface with Bisquick and place dough on dusted surface and roll or pat dough to about a 1/2 inch thickness.

7Use a cutter, or if you do not have one (like me) use a circular drinking glass to cut out biscuits from dough.

8Place biscuits on ungreased cookie sheet.

9Bake for 9 minutes.

10After removing from oven immediately top biscuits with melted butter from the remainder of the stick.

11Enjoy.
