  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar together.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.

    Sift flour, soda and baking powder together.

    Add milk and flour mixture to the butter mixture. Cream together.

    Bake at 350° until pick inserted in center comes out clean.

    Frost.
