  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 12 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 12 teaspoon chili powder
  • 12 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 13 cup cereal cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt, if necessary

    Cut chicken into bite sized pieces.

    Heat oil over med.

    Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink inside and the sauce has thickened somewhat (about 10 mins).
