- 1 c. whole milk
- 1 1/2 sticks butter (3/4 c.)
Directions

1Grease a large platter and set aside until cooking is complete.

2In a large heavy pot, mix and cook mixture.

3Stir continuously until mixture begins to cook.

4When mixture begins to cook, put candy thermometer in pot and cook to soft ball.

5At soft ball, pour on platter and allow to cool.

6Beat until mixture reaches balling consistency.

7Ball and coat with coating chocolate.
