- 3 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 16 vanilla wafers
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In large bowl, combine all ingredients except wafers.

3Mix until smooth.

4In bottom of each of 16 paper-lined muffin cups, place a vanilla wafer.

5Spoon cream cheese mixture over vanilla wafers, filling each cup full.

6Bake 20 minutes.

7Let cool in tins for 10 minutes.

8Remove from tins and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or overnight.
