- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. cornstarch
Directions

1Cream butter; add flour, sugar and cornstarch.

2Cream well. Divide into 4 portions.

3Wrap each in foil.

4Chill thoroughly. Shape into small balls.

5Work quickly with one portion at a time. Keep other portion in fridge.

6Flatten with fork and bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375°.
