Praline Topped Squash

  • 1 medium butternut squash
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten (beat in casserole dish)
  • 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. soft margarine
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Cook squash; mash with butter, salt and pepper.

    Add to egg; mix well.

    Pour into casserole.

    Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over squash.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
