- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- 1 c. butter
- 1 3/4 c. finely chopped nuts
- 1 1/4 c. chocolate chips
Directions

1Put all ingredients, except for chocolate chips, in cast-iron frying pan.

2Cook on medium, stirring constantly, until brittle stage.

3Candy will turn thick and amber in color.

4Pour onto buttered cookie sheet; let stand 4 minutes.

5Sprinkle with chocolate chips.

6Let melt; spread over candy.

7Let cure 24 hours.
