  • 1 frying chicken, cut up or parts
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • paprika

Directions

    Melt margarine; add salt and flour to make medium-thick paste. Dip chicken and place on a cookie sheet.

    Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° for 1 hour, or until chicken is brown and tender. The chicken does not have to be turned while baking.
