  • 4 chicken breast halves, skinned
  • 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

    Place chicken in a lightly greased 12 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour or until chicken is tender, basting frequently.
