- 3 c. sugar
- 1 c. Crisco (solid)
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. plain flour
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 pkg. butterscotch chips
- 1 c. pecans, chipped
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Blend Crisco, sugar and cream cheese.

2Beat well.

3Slowly add flour and eggs a little at a time.

4Put aside 1/4 cup flour.

5Mix separately nuts, chips and 1/4 cup flour.

6Slowly add vanilla to well beaten batter.

7Pour one layer into Bundt pan, then center nut mixture; then more batter on top.

8Bake at 325° about 1 1/2 hours, or until done.

9Cool 45 minutes, take out of pan.

10Slice gently and eat!!
