  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 c. cold butter, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 tsp. ice cold water

Directions

    Place steel blade in work bowl.

    Add the flour, chunks of cold butter and salt.

    Process with on/off turns until most of mixture resembles cornmeal, but a few larger size pieces remain.
