  • 1/3 cup Hellmann's(R) or Best Foods(R) Light Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup prepared salsa
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin optional
  • 1 1/2 cups 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 4 hoagi or roll
  • 4 slices lowfat pepper jack cheese about 4 oz

Directions

    In large bowl, combine Hellmann's(R) or Best Foods(R) Light Mayonnaise, salsa and cumin. Stir in chicken, red pepper and green onion. Evenly spoon into rolls, then top with cheese.

    Broil, if desired, to melt cheese.
