- 1 c. crushed pecans
- 1 c. flour
- 1 stick softened butter
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 2 small pkg. butter pecan pudding
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Mix pecans, flour and softened butter.

2Press into 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Bake at 325° for 10 to 15 minutes.

4Cool.

5Mix until smooth the cream cheese, confectioners sugar and Cool Whip.

6Spread over crust.

7Mix until smooth the pudding and milk; pour over filling. Top with Cool Whip, sprinkling nuts on top.

8May use any flavor of pudding.
