Ingredients
- 3 c. flour, sift
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 c. yeast
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 c. cream or condensed milk
- 3 egg yolks
Directions

1Combine first four ingredients.

2Scald milk.

3Cool to lukewarm. Crumble yeast into milk.

4Add sugar.

5When bubbling, add to cream in which the egg yolks have been beaten.

6Mix well.

7Add to flour mixture.

8Mix thoroughly and refrigerate overnight.

9Next morning, divide into 6 equal parts.

10Roll each into a thin roll and twist two together (makes 3 rings).

11Place each in greased pie pan and let rise for about 2 hours.

12Bake in moderate oven at 350° for about 20 minutes.
