Butter Rolls ( bread machine )

Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/2 cup butter ( 1 stick )
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 cup bread flour
  • 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast

    In bread machine add warm milk, butter softened, eggs.

    then add dry ingredients bread flour, sugar, salt then form a little hole in the middle then add yeast.

    set bread machine to dough cycle.

    When that is done bring out and form into balls.

    you can make 12 rolls and 12 butter rolls.

    24 all together.

    put in 9x13 inch greased pan.

    for butter rolls i greased muffin pan with butter and formed the small balls per butter roll.

    you can make 12. is up to you what you want.

    you can add a tad of butter to the top of rolls or brush buns

    cover and let rise until doubled.

    usually an hour or so.

    bake @350 for 18 minutes.

    depending on the oven times may vary.

    check at 15 minutes it may be golden brown
