  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. pecan meal
  • 1/4 lb. milk chocolate, melted

Directions

    Combine sugar, salt and water.

    Heat to boiling.

    Add 1/2 of pecan meal and cook to 290°, stirring constantly.

    Add remaining pecan meal.

    Pour into well-greased pan.

    Cool.

    Brush with melted chocolate.
