Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 (16 oz.) pkg. confectioners sugar
  • 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. melted paraffin
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

    Cream butter and cream cheese in bowl until light and fluffy. Add confectioners sugar gradually, beating until smooth after each addition.

    Chill and refrigerate.

    Shape into balls.

    Melt chocolate with butter in saucepan over low heat.

    Blend in paraffin and vanilla.

    Dip candy balls into chocolate to coat.
