- 1/4 c. utter or margarine
- 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- 1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- dash of salt
- 1 tsp. almond extract
Directions

1Quarter cherries.

2Add butter, light corn syrup, sugar, salt and beaten eggs to top of double boiler.

3Add enough cornstarch to thicken mixture.

4Add cherries and almond extract.
