- 1 cup (225 ml) butter
- 2/3 cup (150 ml) sugar
- chopped pecans, or sliced almonds

1Line cookie sheet with foil.

2Place crackers on foil.

3Sprinkle with nuts.

4Bring butter and sugar to a boil.

5Boil for 5 minutes, or until mixture starts to thicken;DO NOT OVERCOOK.

6Pour over crackers.

7Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 300 degrees (150 C.).

8Let crackers cool and break into pieces.

9Store in an airtight container in refridgerator.
