- 6 Scallops (up to 8, depending on size)
- 1 dash of each Salt and black pepper
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
Directions

1Drain the scallops and pat dry.

2Cook in a pan with vegetable oil.

3Season with salt, pepper, and sake, cover with a lid and steam for a bit.

4Drizzle soy sauce and coat the scallops.

5Melt butter in the pan and coat the scallops in that too.

6Sprinkle black pepper to taste.
