Buttered Spaghetti Shrimp Mushrooms Recipe

  • 4 ounce spaghetti
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and devined
  • 3 Tbsp. Romano cheese
  • 1/4 c. white wine
  • 2 cl mashed garlic
  • 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Cook the spaghetti and drain.

    Combine the garlic, shrimp and mushrooms and cook slowly for 5 min in a sauteepan, tossing lightly.

    Add in the spaghetti to the shrimp mix.

    Add in the cheese, salt, white wine and lemon juice.

    Stir till done.

    Serve immediately.
