  • 3 bunches of young turnips
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/3 c. melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • salt to taste

    Peel turnips, dust with salt and cook tender.

    Caramelize sugar.

    Melt butter in same pan.

    Add parsley and pour this over turnips.
