Ingredients
- 6 to 8 lb. leg of lamb, boned and butterflied
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced and inserted into lamb
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. mint jelly
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1In saucepan, combine vinegar, jelly, sugars, butter and lemon juice.

2Bring to a boil.

3Add mustard and salt.

4Pour over lamb. Cover and marinate 3 to 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Before grilling, drain and reserve marinade.
